It’s Sunday morning breakfast time! Doug wanted pancakes, so I used my Grandma’s Betty Crocker cookbook to find a pancake recipe since we didn’t have any pancake mix. I used whipping cream in place of milk since we didn’t have milk either. (Not very prepared for Sunday breakfast…) And, since I had a leftover scone from yesterday’s breakfast on the beach at Sentosa, I made a blueberry reduction sauce and whipped the rest of the cream I didn’t use for the pancakes and voila…blueberries and scones. I love cooking when I have time for it.
